First day to do Pilates after went out from the hospital ♥️♥️

2023 Absolute will take care of myself more; just went out of the hospital ( 8 days admitted) & still sick, but will try not to admit again!!

♥️ Exercise 2-3 days every week
🤍 Try to have 2 meals per day not one meal as usual
♥️ Traveling more often
🤍 Pray & Meditate every day
♥️ Be positive a lot more n more
🤍 Be more kind, understandable & spread love to everyone around me
♥️ Wish to learn new things this year
🤍 Take good care of my health, won’t skip to take Vitamins lol, and go to see the skin doctor often
♥️ Smile & laugh more often/ naughty & adventurous less than last year ( I don’t think I could do this 🤣)

I couldn’t donate blood anymore bcoz of my health but I did donate all; body, eyes, kidney and liver. Spread the merit to U all naka.
