Renovation of a 4-story residential building, as the original building was still in good condition, only some of the walls and floors had to be repaired.

A translucent awning was installed in the garage area, granite cube flooring was used, and beige terracotta tiles were used in both the paint and the texture to give a natural feel. Trees were planted along the side of the house to form a fence, adding privacy and creating a home atmosphere.

โซนจอดรถ: ติดตั้งกันสาดโปร่งแสงและปูพื้นด้วยหินแกรนิตทรงลูกบาศก์ที่ทนทาน

ดีไซน์: ใช้กระเบื้องดินเผาสีเบจทั้งงานสีและผิวสัมผัส เพื่อสร้างความรู้สึกอบอุ่นเป็นธรรมชาติ

พื้นที่สีเขียว: ปลูกต้นไม้แนวรั้วรอบตัวบ้าน เพื่อเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวและสร้างบรรยากาศให้น่าอยู่ยิ่งขึ้น

This renovation project transforms an existing residence into a spacious, modern extension.
The 1st floor features massive timber columns reinforced with concrete walls for a sturdy, custom-zoned layout. The 2nd floor is upgraded with real wood paneling, a sloped vaulted ceiling for superior ventilation, and weather-resistant materials for long-term durability.

บนชั้น 2 กรุผนังไม้จริง แก้ไขงานระบบไฟฟ้าเเละปรับฝ้าสโลปตามโครงสร้างหลังคา ให้ความรู้สึกโปร่ง อากาศภายในถ่ายเทได้ดีขึ้น ปรับวัสดุเดิมบางจุดให้เหมาะกับสภาพอากาศ เเละการใช้งานระยะยาว

A residential interior project that seamlessly integrates minimalist custom built-ins with the owner's existing furniture. The design fosters a relaxing ambiance through light natural wood grains and a clean white color palette. To add functional character, the workspace is defined by darker tones for a more focused and professional atmosphere. By utilizing freestanding furniture, the layout offers future flexibility while remaining cost-effective.
