Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence – A New Chapter Begins

This year marks a proud milestone for TAS Stores.
25 years of dedication, growth, and excellence. For a quarter of a century, we have remained committed to serving our communities, supporting farmers, and building sustainable value across Sierra Leone.

As part of our 25th anniversary, we are excited to introduce a groundbreaking initiative that reflects our vision for the future.

In partnership with Africell, we have launched Cocoa Money, a solution integrated within the Afri Money system. This innovation is designed to simplify financial access for farmers, agents, and sub-agents by reducing risk, saving time, and minimizing the challenges associated with traditional cash transactions.

Why Cocoa Money matters:

-Safer and more secure transactions for farmers
-Faster access to payments and financial services
-Reduced need for physical cash handling
-Improved efficiency across the agricultural value chain
-Empowerment of rural communities through digital inclusion

We understand that the transition may come with challenges, especially as many farmers operate in remote areas. However, every transformation begins with a single step. We are committed to supporting our communities through this journey with training, guidance, and continuous improvement.

This initiative is more than just a service. It is a pivot toward a digital future, one that will simplify daily life and create new opportunities for thousands of people across the country.

TAS Stores donates rice, Sugar and Salt to the Rural communities and villages for the fight against Covid-19 and for the holy month of Ramadan.

The presentation was done by the CEO Mr Amin Skaikay accompanied by the Resident Minister of eastern province, the Mayor, the DMO and the representative of the Paramount Chief.

The donation consisted of :

1,000 bags of rice
1,000 pkts of Sugar, and
1,000 pkts of salt.

The TAS Stores team is honored to receive this award.
