Top Authorities Visit Kissy Road After five-Storey Building Collapse.

The Mayor of Freetown, Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, the Inspector General of the Sierra Leone Police, William Fayia Sellu, and senior officers of the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces are currently at the scene of the collapsed building along Kissy Road in Freetown.

Workers from the Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) are also on the ground, removing fallen electric cables and disconnecting power in the affected zones to prevent further danger.

According to authorities, several nearby houses suffered partial damage, and residents have been advised to vacate immediately as loose debris hanging from the collapsed four-storey structure may still fall.
