ABOUT COMPANY

A newly established pure water factory located in Kenema wants to hire an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team. Ideally looking for an individual with experience operating both sachet and bottle machines. This role reports to the Factory Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Safely operate pure water
manufacturing machines daily and
according to manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks,
following strict safety regulations and
guidelines.
- Perform quality control, follow
reporting and recordkeeping
procedures, and report problems to
Factory Manager.
- Clean machinery and maintain
cleanliness in work area.
- Train other staff on safety measures
related to machines.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant vocational training and/or work experience ideally from a pure water factory. Experience working in other manufacturing and factory settings is an asset.
Understanding of production and factory processes.
Good communication skill is required.
Proactive worker and able to take initiatives on maintaining and cleaning machines to ensure efficiency.
