Meet our Man Crush for this week: Mr. Ishmeal Simeon Tucker

Mr. Tucker was born in the peaceful landscapes of Bonthe District before finding his footing in the bustling streets of Freetown.

His educational path led him through the corridors of Saint Theresa Primary School, Saint Benedict, and eventually Prince of Wales Secondary School, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

Venturing into higher education, Ishmeal pursued his passion for language at the esteemed FBC, University of Sierra Leone, where he earned a degree in Linguistics.

In 2010, Ishmeal embarked on a remarkable journey into the world of modeling, igniting a career that would see him soar to great heights. His talent and dedication were duly recognized, earning him numerous accolades, including Mr. Staco 2017, Mr. East vs West 2018, Mr. Lion Mountain 2018, Mr. FBC 2021, and the prestigious title of Mr. Bonthe District 2024. Notably, he achieved 2nd runner-up in Top Model of the World 2022 and Mr. Grand International 2022. Additionally, he will be representing Bonthe District as a contestant for Mr. Sierra Leone 2024.

Beyond the runway, Ishmeal Simeon Tucker wears many hats – an influencer, advocate, and ambassador. His platform transcends the confines of fashion, as he uses his voice to champion causes close to his heart, inspiring others to strive for excellence and pursue their dreams relentlessly.

Meet Our WCW For This Week: Miss Augusta Manu Kallon Bae Kalontina

Miss Augusta Manu Kallon was given birth to in the picturesque town of Mattru Jong, located within the heart of Bonthe District.

Her educational voyage saw her traverse various landscapes, from HRS Primary in Pujehun & Bo to Centennial Junior and Senior Secondary School in Mattru, where she ascended to prominence as the head girl.

Augmenting her academic pursuits, Augusta ventured to Bo to further her studies at Njala University, Bo Campus, ultimately acquiring a B.A. Education in Political Science.

Even in her formative years, Augusta displayed a deep commitment to community engagement and advocacy, actively participating in Kids Club World Vision Sierra Leone and the Children's Forum Network in Bonthe District. She represented Bonthe District in numerous competitions and was among the first batch to participate in the Children's Budget Hearing at Parliament in 2017.

During her university tenure, Augusta's leadership prowess shone brightly as she became the first female campus chairperson for BonDSU Bo campus. Additionally, she served as the Auditor for Njala University Volunteers and later assumed the role of Minister of Gender in the Student Union Government under the leadership of the first female president of Njala University Bo campus.

Today, miss Kallon stands as a beacon of empowerment, serving as the CEO of Girls Empowerment Movement in Bonthe District. She also showcases her entrepreneurial spirit as the CEO of Manu's Kitchen, while simultaneously serving as the present Auditor of Emissary Sisters in Pujehun District.

Augusta's journey is a testament to the transformative power of education, leadership, and community engagement. Her dedication to uplifting others and fostering positive change resonates deeply within her every endeavor.

Meet our Man Crush for this week: Doc. Joseph Michael Garrick

Doc. Joseph Michael Garrick, is a highly-driven and innovative medical doctor and entrepreneur committed to empowering youths. He possesses a strategic mindset, the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights, and he works collaboratively to achieve desired results.

Born into the world in the late '90s on a small beautiful Island called Bonthe Island in Bonthe District,Southern Sierra Leone. His educational journey started at St. Patrick's Primary School, Bonthe, and he moved to Freetown to pursue his high school education and he attended the Prince of Wales School, Kingtom, Freetown.

Venturing into the realm of higher education, Joseph found his calling at the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, University of Sierra Leone, where he diligently earned his Medical degree.

Beyond the realm of medicine, Joseph's diverse skill set expanded to include roles as a Tech Consultant, Wedding Photographer, Web Developer, Youth Activist, and DJ.

A true visionary and entrepreneur, Joseph wears the hat of Chief Executive Officer at Dope Mall, Sierra Leone's #1 online shopping platform. He is the Co-founder for Chris Jay Tech Solutions. Simultaneously, Joseph serves as the Lead Photographer and Editor at Chris Jay Wedding Photography. His creative pursuits extend to being a Content Creator.

In the realm of leadership, Doc. Garrick held the prestigious role of Former President of the Bonthe District Student's Union, where he demonstrated his commitment to community engagement and youth advocacy.

Passionate about fostering youth empowerment, Joseph champions the importance of innovative thinking among the younger generation.
