S/y Xanthippe

Xanthippe, Baltic 43 #19, built 1987, won the Finnish Hanko Regatta 🏆 (5-7July 2024) for the 6th time (2024 was her 14th Hanko Regatta).

It was 3 days of tight racing with good winds, mainly between 12-22 knots, with gusts up to 28 knots. Our result from the 3 race days was 🥈🥇🥇in the FinnRating 1 class (ORC club based system). The race on day two we won by just 1 second on corrected time.

What a fantastic boat the Baltic 43 is! 😀

Xanthippe’s win is mainly thank to her fantastic crew! She is also a bit upgraded with has a rather heavy 9/10 carbon mast from 2007 and has a set relatively new North 3Di sails.
