Who needs a festival when the kids of tomorrow are swinging from their balconies to get their mitts on Zest Kitchen's zestiest of zesty vegan goodness. Think high drama punchy flavours that are fabulous for the planet. You rock, Z!

Once they tamed their gazebo in a solid Salford breeze, steamed it up last night with some of the most bestest dumplings in the country. We're lucky to have this dream team host another Food Disco event this very night.

The RTG Kitchen's jerk chicken and grilled salmon piled-high picnics are positively killing it. Just wait till the sun really shines.
