Behind every perfectly flaky croissant and concentric cinnamon swirl, is a team of talented people who are always learning, creating and perfecting their craft.
Over the past month, our kitchen staff and trainees have taken part in eight hands-on sessions of Basic Bakery & Pastry training with Chef Ervin – developing new skills and exploring the techniques behind some of our favourite breakfast treats.
It has been wonderful to see our young chefs grow in confidence and put their new skills into practice. We’re proud to invest in their development and excited to see where their talents inspire them to create next! ✨
