Welcome to our Summer Program for 2026/1448h at Masjid Ahlul Qura'an Was Sunnah (South Ozone Park, Queens NYC).

We will spend our summer with the Book of Allah:
1. Studying the Tafsir (explanation) of Surah al-Baqarah
2. Learning the Arabic language through Surah al-Baqarah
3. Perfecting our recital and memorization of Surah al-Baqarah

Dates: Starting July 13 إن شاء الله
Arabic: Monday-Thursday
Tafsir & Memorization: Monday-Friday

Kindly note that the classes will be in July, August and September.
After the first week of September, classes will shift to Friday-Sundays until the Surah is completed.
Updates will be shared throughout.

After Asr:
Session 1 (5:00pm) Arabic Language of Surah al-Baqarah with Imam Shameer Hussein حفظه الله

Session 2 (6:30pm) Tafsir with Abu Awzaa'ee Abdus-Salaam al-Mudarris حفظه الله
After Maghreb:
Recital & Memorization
*Even if you are unable to memorize, still attend this session so that you can improve your reading of Allah's Book.
