ROOT FOUNDATION is a local charitable organization based in Kigali that helps street children to go to school and equip them with the materials they need to pursue their studies. It was founded in 2012 inspired by compassion for the street children who are hopeless because of the difficult circumstances through no fault of their own but who fortunately prove to be highly motivated students and to achieve a bright future if they are given a chance to learn.

Tomorrow we mark our precious day of ending Mama Peace's House for her to get her home back. It's been days of hope and kindness, and we would like to thank each and everyone that contributed to the cause.
Our goal right now is to raise 150,000 Rwf to complete the house.

On Saturday 25th April, the team did the second phase of family visits with an aim to make a research on medical insurance coverage among our beneficiary families. So far, the team has visited 12 families and family visits still go on.
Updates on Phase 2 of renovating Mama Peace's House in Karama Nduba Sector.
