At EarthEnable, service delivery is only the beginning. What matters most is that our customers stay truly satisfied long after the sale. That's why we invest in a well-trained, dedicated team that stays with every customer from the first conversation to the final finished floor.
A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated that commitment by surprising customers who've walked this journey with us, giving back to the people who've made our mission possible. We love giving customers a sense of pride and belonging, of being part of something bigger than themselves. We believe transformation spreads best by word of mouth: one customer sees another proudly showing off their new floor, and it catches like wildfire.
That belief came to life over the past two weeks, as our Customer Success Director traveled through Uganda and Kenya to see it firsthand. "This is my role, this is my satisfaction — excellent customer experience," he said, as he joined the team handing out gifts. What he heard back was testimony after testimony from customers whose homes, and lives, have been transformed. Because in the end, a hand that gives is worth more than a hand that receives.

Six months ago, this was a vacant lot.
Today, Kagasa is a neighbourhood rising. Around 60 households are already benefiting, with homes plastered, painted, and being purchased by families who are done waiting.
You do not need a million dollars to own a home. Just trust in a vision that is real and happening. 🌍

CSO Spotlight 🏆
At EarthEnable, the customer is our boss. And right beside the customer - our masons and our Customer Sales Officers.
That is not a slogan. That is our org chart.
Jude is one of those people - a young Customer Sales Officer in Kenya who spent last quarter going into communities, standing in front of his bosses, and serving them with dedication and consistency.
Last quarter he was our top performer. And we are not surprised. This is what happens when someone truly understands who they work for. 💚
Congratulations Jude - well deserved! 👏

Did you know? 💚
After the floor is compacted and smoothed, our masons apply one final, crucial step — the oil seal. Brushed in by hand, the oil penetrates the compressed earth and hardens the surface from within. No cement. No dust. No moisture. Just a floor a family can actually live on.
It is the step most people never see — and the one that makes all the difference.
This is Part 6 of our Did You Know series. 🌍

Impact happens in the most unexpected moments. 💚
David and Kéan from Bauhaus Earth Berlin visited our team in Uganda recently. They saw the work. They met the families. And before they left, they donated a floor on the spot.
Around the same time, a couple from across the world donated two floors — in honour of their daughter’s 40th birthday.
No big campaign. No fundraising drive. Just people who saw what we do and decided to be part of it.
That is what this work does to people.
If you’d like to give a family a healthy floor, reach out to us — every floor makes a difference. 🌍

Welcome to Kagasa. 🌍
This is our first ever housing community pilot — and we want to take you on a walk through it.
65 homes. Integrated greenhouses growing red and yellow peppers. A smoke-free kitchen stove built from earth. Worm composting toilets. Banana circles. Earthbag retaining walls. A pond for stormwater. And masons — our very own superstar masons — walking through it all alongside us.
This is not just a neighbourhood. Every single element here connects to the next. The greenhouses help subsidise the cost of the homes. The worms handle the waste. The banana trees handle the grey water. The earth handles almost everything else.
We built this from the ground up — literally — and we are only just getting started. Phase two is already incoming. 🧱

Did you know? - Part 4
A dirt floor has a price. Most families just never see the invoice.
Every clinic visit for a sick child. Every day a parent stays home instead of working. Every school morning missed because a small body couldn’t shake an infection. These costs are real — they just don’t come with a receipt.
For families living on unfinished floors, this is not a bad month. It is every month.
EarthEnable’s floor doesn’t just change what a home looks like. It changes what a family can afford to do with their money, their time, and their future.
One floor. One payment. And the invoice stops coming. 💚

Not on screen. Out here. 🌍
There is something that changes in you when you sit with a customer in their home, look at the floor beneath their feet, and ask — “How has this changed things for you?”
At EarthEnable, field visits are not a formality. They are how we measure what truly matters.
Our masons are on the ground every day — hands in the work, directly serving the families we exist for. And when the wider team follows, stepping out of the office and into those same homes, it closes the loop between what we plan and what is actually delivered.
No report can replace a mother telling you her children no longer fall sick from dust. No spreadsheet captures the pride of a family showing you their clean, smooth floor.
The customer is our boss. And we make it a point to check in with the boss. 💚

The earth never stops teaching us. 🔬🌍
Behind every floor and wall EarthEnable builds is a team that never stops asking — how do we make this better?
From slump tests on our new Oxara-based mix to lime plaster research on mud and sand walls, our R&D team is in the field and on the floor — literally — testing, refining, and pushing what earthen construction can do.
Faster drying. Stronger plasters. Longer-lasting homes.
This is what innovation looks like when it starts from the ground up.

Did you know? 🙌
Meet the people behind every EarthEnable floor and wall — our certified masons.
We don't bring in outside contractors. We train people from the community, put them through a full programme, and graduate them as certified artisan entrepreneurs. They learn to mix, compact, plaster, and seal — and then they go to work, right where they grew up.
The earth on their hands? That's a home transformed. That's a family protected. That's a livelihood built. Proud of every single one of them. 🌍
