TotalSoft took the stage at two CEO+HR Roundtable events organized by Revista Cariere — in Sibiu and Suceava — and the conversations couldn't have been more timely. 🎙️
In Sibiu, Alexandru Ungureanu (HCM Sales Director) and Elena Cozianu (Senior HR Transformation Consultant) led a workshop on salary transparency and the incoming EU Pay Transparency Directive. Alexandru put it simply: "Any salary change — whether it's a raise, a bonus, or a benefits adjustment — needs to be calculated, because it impacts the company budget. Being able to run budget simulations is critical to keeping the company on solid footing."
Automation also took center stage: from digitizing approval workflows to electronic document signing, giving employees a smoother, more transparent experience.
In Suceava, Adrian Popescu (Head of HCM Products and Services) tackled productivity, AI, and the future of HR digitalization. On what's ahead: "Digitalization trends in HR are global. What follows will be an industrial revolution shift. AI agents are no longer a question of if — the real challenge is how you orchestrate them, because just like people, they need to be managed and integrated into workflows."
On regulation, Adrian was equally direct: "Compliance always takes priority — regardless of whether it brings efficiency gains or whether the company perceives a need for it."
The bottom line from both events: companies that invest in smart HR technology today will be better equipped to handle whatever comes next. The Charisma HCM platform is built exactly for that. ✅
