Over the years, we've embraced remote work. Some of our colleagues work from different cities, some from different countries, and some rarely come to the office.

And that's perfectly fine.

We've never believed that great work depends on everyone sitting in the same room. Instead, what matters is having the right people, clear communication, and the freedom to work in a way that suits you best.

The office is there for whoever wants it, and not as a rule, just as an option. A change of scenery, an easier way to bounce ideas around, or just a reason to get out of the house.

For us, remote and office are not competing ideas. The office isn't a requirement. It's simply another place where work, collaboration, and good conversations can happen.

Successful projects aren't defined only by what gets written down at the start.
