"I will effectively communicate with others." Or: "I will communicate with others effectively." Is this the same message twice, or are there any differences? Does the placement of this one little adverb still matter? 🤔

Do you believe us, (post)modern hoomans, behave like "there is all the time in the world," or not? If not, why not, and is it a good thing?
