TOP 4 BICEP EXERCISES 🦾

The 3 biceps muscles are the: coracobrachialis, the brachialis, and the biceps brachii. The Biceps is the largest of these 3. 💪

➡️ The Wide grip barbell curl is a good exercise for training the inner part of the biceps.

➡️ The Hammer curls work the biceps brachii, brachioradialis, and brachialis muscles.

➡️ The Incline dumbbell curl is an even harder workout for your biceps than the classic. It especially works the biceps brachii, the longest muscle in your upper arm.

➡️ The Reverse curls activate muscle groups in your arms, including your biceps brachii and your brachialis, the primary muscle used for elbow flexion. Bigger biceps are another benefit of regularly practicing reverse curls.
