Rubrick isi mareste echipa! Cautam colegi ambitiosi si talentati, cu experienta in etapele de elaborare a proiectelor de arhitectura, atat din punct de vedere creativ si tehnic, cat si legislativ.

Abilitati necesare:
• absolvent arhitectura
• cunoasterea cadrului legislativ aplicabil procesului de proiectare
• cunostinte avansate in elaborarea etapelor de proiectare (inclusiv proiect tehnic si asistenta de specialitate in executie)

Descrierea jobului:
• redactarea si coordonarea proiectelor pana in forma finala
• relationare cu client, management avizare
• corelarea cu celelalte specialitati (avem rezistenta si avizare in-house)
• monitorizarea executiei si coordonarea dispozitiilor de santier aferente

Cerinte minime:
• nivel avansat Autocad
• nivel mediu/avansat SketchUp
• nivel mediu/avansat Lumion
• cunostintele de BIM (Archicad/ Revit) reprezinta un plus
Perioada de proba 2 saptamani.
