The thing I'm most proud of is not the awards, the innovation, the success of selling all our developments off-plan or the increase of theire values with at least 3x.
What makes me really proud is that I managed to lay the foundations and create some wonderful ( and special) communities. This ia something that remain forever, more then mortar and bricks.

launches the first issue of guaranteed hashtag , for a maximum amount of EUR 5 million, with a maturity of 4 years and a coupon payable semi-annually. 🎊

✨ Coordinated by GOLDRING, the private placement represents a first step in our exploration of the capital markets as a new hashtag solution in our company's evolution towards a hashtag listing.

💬 Over the past nine years Forty Management SA has had an organic growth, developing innovative and sustainable projects, traditionally financed through equity and bank loans. Today we are also ready for this new venture towards the capital market option, in a context where the local market is mature enough for such financial instruments and open to sustainable financing with a positive long-term impact" - Lucian Azoitei.

💬 Since this is our first bond issue, we have chosen a cautious approach, with a relatively small amount, but if it is be well received by the market, we will supplement future issues as our projects evolve - Florin SUICESCU.

📌 Our portfolio currently includes eight mixed-use hashtag and 11 hashtag projects to be developed in six other countries - Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, France and Spain, plus three luxury hotels with a total of 702 rooms - hashtag and Central District Hotel - hashtag in Bucharest, together with the Swisshotel within Lagoon City Budapest. Forty Management SA has also started the international hotel operator selection procedures for Lagoon City Sevilla.

Accor aduce Swissôtel în paradisul urban din Central District Lagoon City - Budapesta Accor își extinde activitatea în Ungaria prin deschiderea Swissôtel Budapest Lagoon. Prietenoasă cu mediul înconjurător, proprietatea oferă 200 de camere cu priveliște spre lagună.

Monday marked an important milestone in the evolution of Forty Management SA, elevating a Romanian entrepreneurial company to a new level.

Forty Management SA, together with CEO Europe & Africa, Mr. Patrick Mendes, and in the presence of CDO Europe & North Africa, Mr. Philippe Bijaoui, MRICS, VP East Europe, Mr. Frank Reul, Mrs. Dilek Sezer, Senior Development Director Southeast Europe, and Mrs. Maria Magdalena Dragulin, Development Director Southeast Europe, signed the partnership with Accor for the development of a 200-room hotel under the Swisshotel brand in Budapest. This hotel is part of our mixed-use urban reconversion project, LagoonCity Budapest, Hungary!

The hotel will be developed under Swissotel Lagoon brand.
This is the first brownfield investment in the hospitality industry by a Romanian group outside of at this scale.
I want to thank everyone involved in this project, but especially Mircea Ioan DRAGHICI Lucian Vitelaru and Florin SUICESCU! Together we make a fantastic team!

With this hotel, Forty has a pipeline of 701keys for 3 5 stars hotels in 2 countries.
