, fondator și manager al Construct Shift, va fi prezentă săptămâna viitoare la prima ediție a conferinței regionale organizate de Patronatul Societatilor de Constructii - PSC, în colaborare cu PSC Filiala Sibiu, FPSC-FEDERATIA PATRONATELOR SOCIETATILOR DIN CONSTRUCTII ROMANIA și Confederația Antreprenorilor și Investitorilor din România - CAIR, cu sprijinul TEC Cluster.

Evenimentul aduce în prim-plan teme critice pentru industria construcțiilor, într-un context marcat de schimbare și nevoia de adaptare rapidă.

Obiectivul participării noastre?
Să înțelegem mai bine dinamica locală, să explorăm preocupările reale ale actorilor din piață și să contribuim, acolo unde este nevoie, cu expertiza noastră în digitalizare, procese și strategie organizațională.

Ne dorim să reconectăm cu parteneri existenți, să cunoaștem jucători noi din regiune și să deschidem uși către colaborări concrete, mai ales în zonele de:

Last week, our manager, , attended the event hosted by , where Romanian business leaders shared raw, honest stories about navigating transformation, pressure, and the invisible side of leadership.

What we took away:
