Yesterday, June 24th, we officially marked a major milestone for Queens District with our ground breaking event: ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐žโ€™๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง! We are thrilled to kick off this next chapter alongside our newly appointed General Contractor, STRABAG, to bring this landmark residential and office development to life.

This partnership is built on shared vision and long-term commitment. In fact, upon completion, will be relocating its Bucharest headquarters directly to QUEENS District! As our ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐š๐ง๐ญ, they will occupy approximately 4,600 sqm across three floors in Building A. There is no stronger vote of confidence in a project's quality and strategic location than having the very team building it choose it as their future home.
