Independent project promoting Street Art in Bucharest since 2019

Zis și făcut.
Pe 1 iunie, cu sprijinul , 5 artiști au ajutat copiii în parcul IOR Titan să deprindă tehnici de bază din cultura graffiti, pe 10 panouri care au însumat 30 m².
Experiența ne-a adus aminte de faptul că nu există un perete legal ( aprobat permanent de autorități) unde tinerii să poată exersa graffiti sau artă murală, nici în sectorul 3, nici în restul Bucureștiului.
Ce credeți, ar fi util un astfel de perete pe viitor? 👀

Am dat startul distracției în Parcul IOR și vă așteptăm alături de cei mici, cu 3 ateliere:

The past Sunday tour was all about meeting lovely people to share the passion for Street Art with.
I will surely keep in touch with some of them, as we might collab on beautiful projects together.

Danny is the 1st foreign artist to do a pro bono piece of work in the first neighborhood in Romania dedicated to Street Art.
For years and years we had messages from artists who visited Bucharest and wanted to leave their marks on city's walls. Since there is no legal wall in Bucharest, that was pretty difficult.
But now there is a place, where has preapproved walls after agreements with owners .

Nowadays Alternative Bucharest Tour is about consistency. I don't have the time to work on the promotional part anymore cause I am focused on other prejects. Yet, I don't want to let it go because this would mean I betray my roots, the very first thing that brought me where I am today with Street Art, the tour I started back in 2019.
On the other hand, I know that to evolve is also to let go of the past. So now these two ideas conflict in my mind , but for now I will continue to do the tour now matter how many people show up.
Today proved me right, cause I met 3 lovely humans who truly appreciate the experience I created.

Anul trecut asociatia Alternative Bucharest a reusit pentru prima data in 5 ani sa organizeze Bucharest Street Art Festival avand un buget consistent, datorita finantarii de la Arcub.
Pentru a putea fi eligibil proiectul, asociatia a trebuit sa acoperere minim 10% din buget, bani pe care i-am avut de la diversi donatori care au dorit sa sustina activitatea noastra.
Am realizat astfel 13 murale de dimensiuni mici sau medii pe strazile din ,plus alte 8 lucrari pe peretii scolii 78, plus numeroase atelierr si activitati pentru copiii din acel cartier care de obicei nu le ofera nicio ocazie de a experimenta arta stradala. A fost cam frumos si am vrea sa repetam isprava.
Ne puteti ajuta si anul acesta donand 3.5% din impozitul pe venit completand un formular in 3 minute. Link in primul comment.
Chiar daca nu donezi, dar vrei sa ajuti, poti lasa un ❤/🧨/💪 sau orice comentariu de bine sau de rau care sa bucure algoritmul.

And with this, we end the 2025 season of Alternative tours. Today is the National Day. I guess this is my way to be patriotic.
