While we're unexpectedly busy over the summer here at Bridging Gaps, Lucian Popovici is offering 4 FREE hours of 1-on-1 mentoring sessions for 2 (TWO) people EACH - (8 hours in total) as part of our non-profit initiative to mature the middle management in Romanian IT businesses..

With 20+ years of experience in IT/Software development and 10+ years in leadership roles, his core strengths are proper for:

b) senior subject matter experts aiming for a management/leadership role
c) middle managers targeting a senior leadership role
