Plan 9 is a small game studio based in Romania. However, it became a cult classic thanks to the love for film and excitement of Wood.

By the way, if you're wondering what the ninth plan is, the name comes from "Plan 9 from outer space", the film by Ed Wood widely regarded as the worst film ever made. I share the love and excitement too, but for games. Oh yes, and I'm a fan of the film.
