We're looking for an Office manager to join our newly opened office in Bucharest.

The ideal candidate:

Has excellent English and Romanian language skills (both written and spoken)
Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Has basic accounting knowledge
Is able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
Is detail oriented
Has great communication skills
Has good organizational skills: setting priorities, developing a work schedule
Responsibilities:

Managing office budgets
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Booking transport and accommodation
Organizing company events or conferences
Ordering stationary and furniture
Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Organizing on-boarding for new employees
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Using a range of software packages
Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
