KADRA Brand Strategy — More than a year has passed since we laid the foundations of this project. In truth, it’s a transformation that started then and is still unfolding today.

In this article, we speak about Kadra, about why a brand strategy was needed, and about how we built it step by step — together.

Was it challenging? Did it demand time, energy, and resources? Are the results visible? Was it simply another task checked off a list, or can we genuinely talk about transformation?

The people best positioned to answer these questions are the team members themselves and those who interact with them every day.

What we can say with certainty is this: brand strategy is essential. We use a metaphor in the article that sums it up simply — you can have the car, the fuel, the driver, the team inside, but without brand strategy, you have no reason to start the journey. And if it’s built poorly, you risk driving straight into a guardrail.

This project is also a source of inspiration, especially because it took shape within a mature company with deep experience — including experience in strategy.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

We hold this belief close, and every time we begin a new project, we think about the joy that comes with bringing it to life—and how true this idea proves to be. The same was true for the transformation of IESYS Group.

What we’ve completed together is only the first phase. IESYS Groupis, at its core, an engineering company with strong expertise in airport automation, traffic management systems, and industrial environments. Over the past months, we worked side by side through an extensive transformation process that included brand strategy, visual identity, communication channels, and a fully renewed website.

At Toud, we hold a simple belief: when things get difficult, it’s a good sign — it means we’re growing. This proved true once again in the transformation project for Ludan Engineering SRL.

The challenge was substantial: more than 28 years of history, a team of over 120 people, membership in a global group, highly skilled professionals with high expectations and the ambition to elevate the company, along with a deep attachment to the organization’s identity — including its visual elements.

Few Romanian companies make it to the Olympics — Stridefull did it twice! They were chosen to design and build obstacles for both Tokyo and Paris, proving that excellence knows no borders.

Coming from a country with no strong tradition in this sport, they proved that talent and relentless pursuit of perfection can break any barrier.
