Failed treated C-shaped, the sinus tract disappeared within 5 days. The post op shows quite a lot of anatomy left uncleaned.

Managed to fix it after ledging by using inappropriate tools. Case finished with hyflex and manual protapers. Irrigated with NaOCl and EDTA, obturated WVC GP and AH26+. Case by Cosmin Fetcu

An interesting case of irreversible pulpitis on second upper premolar, with S-shape palatinal root. With nice lateral canal :) .
Instrumentation was performed with handfiles and rotary. Buccal canal was shaped with PNext and apex with kfile. Palatinal canal was shaped with ProFile in Coronal Zone and with handfiles in Balanced Force Technique in Apical Zone. MAF was 20.04.
Irrigation: Hypo 5.25% and Manual Dynamic Activation.
Obturation: Gutta and sealer in MasterCone Technique.

Complex anatomy - 1 visit RCT. Acces done through the crown Instrumentation was done with handfiles and rotaries(Protaper and Race). Irrigation: NaOCL 5.25%, EDTA 17%. Obturation with guttapercha & sealer. Nayyar core in access. Case by Cosmin Fetcu.
