Heineken Romania to relocate HQ to new building in Bucharest Beverages maker Heineken Romania will relocate its HQ to a new building under development in northern Bucharest. The company will occupy 3,200 sqm, similar to the surface it has leased in the S-Park project, owned by Immofinanz, according to profit.ro.

Primavera Development proudly announces that SPLAY Office Building is the Winner of the BigSEE Architecture Award 2021 for Public and Commercial Architecture.
The project is centrally located in one of Bucharest’s busiest business districts, close to the National Opera and Bucharest Law University, and was completed in 2020.
