Welcome to our world, young gaming explorers!
🚀 Visits as part of 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥 program continued today. We were happy to have 43 high school students from Liceul Româno-Finlandez and ICHB Colentina with us at our Bucharest office.

Happening right now! High school students from Colegiul National "Fratii Buzesti" on an epic visit to Ubisoft Craiova studio as part of the program.
Our experts let them peek behind the scenes of their favourite games and heroes, and discover the teamwork, skills, challenges and knowledge that play a part in creating an unforgettable gaming experience. 🥳
But today’s true heroes are the students! With eyes full of curiosity they brought smiles and excitement to our office.

The experience we are sharing today was born out of youthful curiosity and passion. 🤩
A group of 10th grade students from The American International Section of Lycée français Anna de Noailles de Bucarest asked if they could visit us to gain insights for a school project and we gladly accepted.
They were accompanied by some of our colleagues on a studio tour and participated in presentations about our history, the framework of game development and the industry as a whole. By the end they were not at all sad to leave and go back to math class (which is a really important part of game programming, btw, so don't skip it 😉).
We were really happy to have them over and talk about our enthusiasm for creating memorable and meaningful gaming experiences. We wish them lots of luck with their projects and their future! 🎉

La Ubisoft România, ne preocupă dezvoltarea carierei în fiecare zi, dar din când în când nu strică să avem și câteva zile dedicate 100% acestui subiect 😊. Așa că luna aceasta am organizat la sediile noastre din București & Craiova 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 – o serie de evenimente, prezentări și discuții 1-1 care să pună reflectorul pe toaaaate resursele & oportunitățile de dezvoltare a carierei la Ubisoft.
‣ 🤔 Am învățat din parcursul profesional al câtorva colegi din diverse familii de job-uri.
‣ 🤩 Am avut o întâlnire super-inspirațională cu Tudor Moțoc de la Mindarchitect.ro.
‣ 💪 Am învățat tips & tricks despre dezvoltarea carierei de la super-echipele noastre de HR.

🎮 Pe 5 octombrie ne-am reîntors în lumea asasinilor și templierilor cu ocazia lansării Assassin's Creed Mirage. I-am provocat pe colegii din București & Craiova la un treasure hunt, ca să le testăm abilitățile de eagle vision 👀, și le-am răsplătit eforturile cu premii.

🏎️ Vroom, vroom, s-a lansat - cel mai nou titlu din seria The Crew, la dezvoltarea căruia a participat și studioul din București.
Cum altfel să marcăm lansarea decât cu multe mașini? Am avut mini-curse de mașinuțe cu telecomandă, am premiat câștigătorii concursului nostru de artă 3D, am adus la sediu câteva dintre automobilele care apar în joc: Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Taycan & Ford Bronco și am invitat colegii & câțiva prieteni să încerce jocul.
Kudos echipelor din București care au lucrat la joc, you rock! 🤟
