We are happy to have advised Inspire Asset Management, the investment company founded by Iulian Stanciu, on its investment in NIBIRU, one of the most exciting entertainment and leisure projects on the Romanian coastline.

These were just some of the questions discussed yesterday at Future Banking Summit, where our colleague Rebecca Georgiana Marina joined two panels exploring the future of banking.
From the growing role of AI agents in financial services to the challenges of balancing innovation with regulatory compliance, Rebecca shared a legal perspective on some of the changes reshaping the industry.
One point stood out: technology may change how banking services are delivered, but it doesn't take away the banks' responsibility towards their customers.
Rebecca also highlighted the importance of finding the right balance between speed and security, adapting financial services to customers' individual risk profiles, and making everyday banking simpler through better integration of public and banking databases.

Strong investor interest in Alba Iulia’s €30 million municipal bond offering!
We are pleased to have advised BRD - Groupe Societe Generale and Raiffeisen Bank Romania, acting as intermediaries, in the Municipality of Alba Iulia’s €30 million municipal bond offering.
The offering attracted significant investor interest, with subscription orders exceeding €77 million – more than 2.5 times the amount offered.
A great example of how capital markets can support local development and provide municipalities with access to financing.

Hello from Copenhagen! 🇩🇰
Our colleagues Alexandru Birsan, Alina Stancu Birsan, Alexandra Manciulea and George Trantea are spending this week at the International Bar Association Annual Conference 2026.
It’s always good to step away from the usual routine, meet people from different corners of the world, exchange ideas and catch up with old friends along the way.
Wishing them a great few days in Copenhagen, with plenty of good conversations and hopefully some time to enjoy the city too. 😊

We were happy to work alongside Mozaik Investments, through M-Ventures, on a series of acquisitions that bring together several fitness centres across Romania – No1 Fitness, City Gym, Urban Gym, Vera Wellness Gym and Fit4U.
It’s exciting to see Urban Fitness growing, and even more so to have been part of this journey.

We are delighted to have assisted Banca Transilvania with its first €500 million subordinated bond issue on the international financial markets.
The transaction attracted strong interest from the international investment community, with an order book of nearly €2 billion and participation from over 100 institutional investors across 30 countries.
