DELTA ACM

The Tourist Complex in Targoviste is the first swimming tourist complex in the South of Muntenia who obtained financing through the Regio Program. The built complex will cover an area of 10.5 hectares and is located on the former sports base "Crizantema". It will include: a swimming pool, an indoor olympic pool (50m x 25m size) including spa area, 225 parking spaces, 2 tennis functional mini-soccer field including cold weather facilities, a basketball court, 3 tennis courts, 2 playgrounds, a natural maze, an amphitheater and an aqualand on a land area of about 3 hectares.

"Pasajul Muncii", built in 1985, has a total length of 124 meters and is framed by two ramps of 200 meters in the north to Vatra Luminoasa, respectively 169,28 meters in the south to Baba Novac. The passage connects the Mihai Bravu Road, Calarasi Avenue, Decebal Boulevard and Basarabia Boulevard.
DELTA A.C.M. has in work the project of repairs, rehabilitation and modernization of "Pasajul Muncii", which consists in: strengthening of the resistance structure of the bridge, restoration of the waterproofing, architectural works and modernization of the tram lines and of the road above the passage.

Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park, or IOR Park, is positioned in the central-eastern part of Bucharest, District 3, and is bordered by the streets Camil Ressu, Liviu Rebreanu, Campia Libertatii, Baba Novac, Constantin Brancusi and Nicolae Grigorescu. It is one of the largest parks of Bucharest, with an area of 85 hectares of green space, lakes and facilities.
The works consisted in fitting playgrounds and sports fields, works of architecture (esplanades, amphitheaters, fountains) and landscaping, electric lighting, placement of urban furniture, restoration of alleys, etc.

The Ring road has a major importance as it links Bucharest to the three highways and to a vast number of national roads. Thus, there is a high necessity for the rehabilitation and expansion of the road, in order to attract a large volume of traffic that leads to a reduction of congestion within the city.

The works consist in widening the road to 4 lanes on the portion between A1 Highway and DN7. Along the road system works there are also provided the relocation and protection for equipment systems (electrical, telecommunications, gas, rain sewer).

The project includes the construction works of the 9 stations and 9 interstations between Raul Doamnei and Haşdeu (Opera), Bucharest. The metro line length in this area, which is part of section 1, is approx. 6 km. All stations and galleries will be executed in the space created by the molded walls, with open excavation . The project is executed by the association of Astaldi SpA, FCC Construccion SA, SC DELTA A.C.M. 93 LLC and SC AB Construct LLC

The connection between the Nicolae Grigorescu Boulevard and Dudescu Embankment, with the extension Dudescu Embankment - Vitan Barzesti, is a large-scale project, which supports the traffic ease in downtown Bucharest, by redistributing the traffic flow.

The N.Grigorescu Boulevard will cross the Dambovita's regularized river bed by a brigde common for both directions (for car and tram). The bridge platform will be 32,6 m wide and will include two lanes, sidewalks and tram platform. The Dambovita river crossing for left turn will be achieved by two separate bridges adjacent to the extension of the Boulevard Nicolae Grigorescu, but at same level with Dudescu Embankment.

DELTA A.C.M. is the constructor of one of the most complex and ambitious real estate development projects in Bucharest, whose beneficiary is the company VISTA Rezidential. The project aims at the construction of 15 buildings with more than 500 dwellings and 60 shops, which have been designed to meet the highest standards. Six buildings are being constructed, sheltering 184 dwellings: studios and apartments of 2 and 3 rooms that are comfortable and welcoming homes, marked by unique attention to quality and efficacy.

The constructive system features a reinforced concrete structure with brick walls (Porotherm type). Each building will have 15 inches of expanded polystyrene thermal insulation. The buildings are connected to the regional networks of utilities (water, gas, lighting) and have quiet electric elevators. The finishing is of high quality: PVC Aplast carpentry with Low-E insulating glass, modern equipments, imported tile and laminate flooring.
