📚 IIBA Romania Chapter invites you to a new edition of The Book Explained — a BA Book Club format where someone “reads the book for you” and walks you through the key ideas in a clear, practical way.

In this session, Codrin-Dan Nicolau, MBA, PMP, CCMP, CBAP will guide us through the main ideas from Practical Business Process Modeling and Analysis, with a focus on designing and improving business processes incrementally using BPMN, in a way that is also relevant for AI transformation.

No prior reading is required.

Join us for an interactive session hosted by IIBA Romania Chapter in partnership with Endava, where we’ll explore how AI and human expertise can work together to drive better outcomes in Business Analysis.

This workshop will be facilitated by Alexandra Mosoia and Irina Rosca, who will guide participants through a real-life example and hands-on exercises. Together, we’ll compare AI-generated outputs with human thinking, identify strengths and limitations, and explore how the two can work together effectively.
