Building a property and revenue management system is an exciting challenge. UnitPal has asked us to create one, and the result of this project is a cloud-based system that makes it easy and enjoyable to manage a property and increase the revenue it generates.

It doesn’t matter if you are managing a hotel, a B&B, a hostel, or some other type of property. With UnitPal, you get all the tools and automation necessary for a seamless management experience. Learn more about the work that we have done for our customer and the product features:

UnitPal - 3angleTECH UnitPal, a startup based in Denmark, has tasked us to help them build a property and revenue management system, that can increase the possibilities, profits, and efficiency of property and hotel managers.

Gamification can be applied efficiently to many fields, and it works exceptionally well in education.

NowYouSpeak has tasked us to build a mobile educational platform for students who want to practice and improve their English-speaking skills in a fun, collaborative way. The result of this project consists of two native mobile apps for Android and iOS. They help people learn English, using a rich set of tasks inspired by TOEFL language tests. To complement the mobile apps, we also created a Content Management System (CMS) that is used by our client to manage the data available in the mobile apps, including all the games and evaluation tests.

While life is slowly getting back to normal, there is a new norm that we cannot ignore: maintain social distancing at all times.

Our customer - UbiqiSense ApS - was invited by the Danish press to demo the technology that we developed together. We recently improved UbiqiSense’s platform to measure the distance between people, using deep learning algorithms.

The resulting product is named Ubicare, and it can be used in shopping malls, museums, buses, and trains. The material published by the Danish press showcases how Ubicare can be used to measure where people are, how many people are in one place, and whether they respect social distancing rules. Even though places like shopping malls have lots of security cameras and some security personnel, it is impossible for them to make sure that guests are respecting social distancing standards at all times. With Ubicare, it is easy to identify focal points where people do not respect social distancing rules and to send a security guard there to fix the situation. The product also identifies patterns where people tend to gather more and don't respect social distancing so that security personnel can be deployed proactively to prevent problems. Ubicare is now tested by the City2 group of shopping malls in Denmark.
