Poached eggs with sourdough bread and smoked salmon, baked potatoes and cucumber, fennel, avocado, spinich salad to get our vitality back, accompanied by a vanilla base and berries tart.

Solomillo iberico and homemade buns make the evenings feel better

Beef Cheek Pörkölt. Pickled mustard seeds. Horseradish snow. And some other top-ups given it's Sunday :)

It's never too late in the day for breakfast, nor does it have to be complicated... but we found it helps!

Cheddar and chives waffles, mashed avocado with rosemary garlic mushrooms, weaved bacon, poached panko deep fried eggs, spicy hollandaise, red pepper puree with lime, finger lime caviar, roasted cherry tomatoes and quick pickle red onion.
