This building's all about those horizontal overhanging eaves. We're talking about these super thin concrete overhangs that stretch over 3 meters, creating these sharp geometric shapes. It's cool how they take inspiration from traditional tropical architecture for shading but give it a modern minimalist twist. You've probably seen this design approach popping up in many real estate showrooms lately, using these big overhangs and shadow walls to create that luxe and mysterious vibe.
& The front area has this mirror water feature and metal louvers that create this interesting play between what's real and what's reflected. It makes you walk this winding path before you even get inside. And there's this sunken inner courtyard in front of the mirror water that frames the view in a way that makes the green plants look like living art installations.
They've added these artificial sand dunes that change the landscape's elevation. By playing with the terrain, they make the walls look lower and blur where the property ends, so you can enjoy the city's green spaces as part of the view.
