1.Repairs to the ceiling and walls due to swollen / cracked old material or floods or other gaps in the walls. In this case, depending on the severity of the swollen / cracked old material or the flood or the gaps in the walls, it may be necessary to repair the painting in depth (up to the masonry with the remake of the material) or on the surface with the area treated against stains and paints. In any case you will need to consider that the repair of flood spots can only be repaired after the area is well dried.
1, a) In the first visit, i look for the swellings on the ceiling and walls so as not have a mess (to swell worse and become more prominent / visible and to be taken on the roller), right after applying the first layer of paint. Load the remaining gaps between the walls or the carpentry, making a rough finish, following which this material dries until the second visit (on the material bags write on how long it dries, usually at least 24H, for the finished fine material or if the filling with the material is deeper and does not have a high ambient temperature of heat in the repaired room).
1.b) In the second visit I will make the final finish of the ceiling/wall and depending on the amount of material needed in this phase, it can be polished manually, following the application of the first coat of paint over the repaired areas. The time allocated to these operations may change depending on each working project (depth of gaps to be covered). In order to have an exact picture of the budget allocated to such a work, I recommend my clients to make an evaluation together in order to correctly size both the time and the necessary materials.
2. The repainting operation as well as the painting will be done with the necessary consumables and brushes (the painting is manually, with the painting rollers and with the brushes like "Michelangelo").
