The PPO-Q Sportsfest 2026 Opening Ceremony featured the vibrant Processional Parade, followed by the much-anticipated Presentation of Muse and Presentation of Sports Uniforms, where participating organizations proudly showcased their colors, creativity, and team spirit.

PIChE Qatar Conducts 6th Regular Meeting

PIChE Qatar successfully convened its 6th Regular Meeting to align plans and initiatives for the June, July, and August 2026 Calendar of Events.

The meeting focused on sustaining the chapter’s momentum through professional development, organizational excellence, and active community engagement.

🔹 Key Agenda Highlights:

✅ Preparations for the upcoming PPO-Q Sportsfest Season, including final arrangements for the Opening Ceremony and PIChE Qatar’s hosting of the PPO-Q Chess Tournament this August;

✅ Discussions on the new Outstanding PIChE Chapter Award (OPCA) criteria, ensuring that chapter programs, initiatives, and documentation remain aligned with the updated evaluation framework;

✅ Updates and continuing efforts on the PIChE Registry, encouraging members to pursue professional recognition and advance their engineering portfolios.

The meeting also served as a platform for collaboration, strategic planning, and shared commitment as PIChE Qatar continues to strengthen its programs and create meaningful opportunities for its members.

Through purposeful initiatives and collective leadership, PIChE Qatar remains steadfast in its mission to empower Filipino Chemical Engineers in Qatar and uphold a culture of excellence, engagement, and professional growth.
