A few months ago, our team member Bianca Izabella OntiverosFlores asked our team to drop four songs that represent their ~vibe~ into a sheet. With a dash of AI ✨, the music surfaced fun results—spot-on descriptions of our sharp team members. 🎶

This month, Orlando Rocha and Telmo Martins took the exercise a step further. Everyone added one film 🎞️ that inspires them, giving us a more complete picture. We used these inputs to craft AI-tailored headshots for each teammate.

Leveraging AI, our design process iterated quickly, going from a rough idea to a unique style that captures Miew and our upcoming rebrand.

Our process:
- Start: Define the theme and character seed (think astronaut meets Tron) 🧑‍🚀🏍️
- Generate: Fuel prompts with music and movies 🎧🎬
- Refine Design: Improve details and personality cues 👨‍🎨

Our 2024 has been exceptional. As we traveled from Copenhagen to Washington, DC working with clients across continents, one question kept emerging: Why aren't we officially in the US?

It all started long ago with a quick coffee and a stack of pancakes at Ted's Bulletin in DC. 🥞 Nothing like maple syrup and strategic planning to get the creative juices flowing. What began as a casual conversation evolved into an intentional vision that's now becoming a reality.

Today, we're pleased to announce that beyond our headquarters in Porto's UPTEC technology hub, we're establishing three new locations: Chicago, Washington, DC, and Indianapolis. Our US operations will be led by our exceptional team: Matt, Bianca, and Lindsay, who embody our commitment to excellence and innovation. 💡

We're bringing Miew's direct approach in product development to more clients across a broader market. We'll also be unveiling our new methodology and approach—GenIX. We have all grown up and lived in different places, but our values don’t change based on location; we are always kind.
