Meg and I have seen them 3 times now 2 of which were in Maine and they’ve always put on a killer show live. Excited to catch there too before we head down and probably see both again at warped like a week after 😄.

If you are hitting this one let us know and we will see u there on the 7th 🤘

I know I’ve been quite since I stepped away from the podcast if you haven’t been keeping up with the music side of what I’ve been putting my energy toward but we are still living out here and lots to come in the next couple years with some of the goals I’ve been working hard on. Gotta stop and take time to experience now sometimes though so we needed a vacation.

Lisboa day 1, first day in Portugal. We are completely blown away by the simple beauty and down to earth people, food, drinks, and vibe here so far. 5 more cities to see through the country so we are excited to see more but it’s so warm and alive here.

A Nossa! from across the pond.

Boston I’m finally here!

I’ll be back here tomorrow only a lot sweatier and tired.

Thank you so much to everyone that’s donated to my fundraising for , almost 11k raised for an org I love and my brother is participating in their programs right now.

YOU got me here and I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative for the love and support. I’ve never tried to raise this much on my own before and didn’t know how it was going to all happen but we made it and I’ve had the Boston on my list for 3 years.

LFG

2 days out from my 3rd marathon but first ever Boston Marathon and very excited to run for all the donations you all put in for Special Olympics Massachusetts.

Knee has healed up well and mobile again after a month deficit in this training cycle, I didn’t have the training I wanted because of this but I’m absolutely ready to roll with what I’ve been able to build with this last push month still hitting the long runs I needed and getting some time on the actual course to learn it and feel confident.

I’ve trained in the worst weather and temperatures so now anything north of 40 feels like paradise to me in shorts and a tank.

I’ve had to carry all my food and water for the long runs that will be provided for me so that weights off my body now.

My last marathon was in the mountains of Acadia National park with over 500 feet of additional elevation gain over what Boston will give me so I’ve seen worse.

I don’t think I’ll hit the pace I wanted and will have a lot of work on this one without that time back but I’m rested up, healed up, and ready to kick some ass.

Thank you to everyone who donated and gave me support along the way. We are only about $200 away from 11k for Special Olympics so if you still want to donate and haven’t had a chance yet we’d still love that even though we past our goal.

See u soon Boston, I’m bringing some attitude down from Maine Monday.

We hit our goal, over $10,000 raised for Special Olympics Massachusetts and still growing. ……….WILD

I’ve run in rain, hail, snow, 60MPH wind gusts, mud. I’ve had my camel bak frozen so I couldn’t drink water on long runs and my beard frozen trying to fix it. I almost broke my knee cross training but x rays show it’s good for the race and I’ve been training my ass off to catch up but I’ll be ready. Ice baths in 10 degrees and no substances for over a month have me feeling sharp and focused.

Huge thank you to my parents who I couldn’t have made this happen without helping hustle so many events and baskets and my wife for supporting me and showing up to events until 3am on work nights to help out.

But the most thank yous and gratitude to all the friends, family, and kind strangers who have donated along the way and come to my events over the past couple months to directly make this happen. I’ve never raised this much for charity on my own with no team in my life by about 4 or 5 times the amount and my credit card was connected to this if I didn’t raise it which was a good motivator I’ll say but when I signed up to run it there was no plan. This served as a great reminder for me to just go for it and make it happen even when you don’t know the how but you have a why.

I’ll be running the Boston in less than 2 weeks to pay you back for all the love with my pain 😂. For those that know me I’m a bit of a ham so I’m ready to run a marathon with a crowd this time 🤘. LFG!

For anyone coming to the Smash For Special Olympics event tomorrow night at Chunky's in Manchester, if you are planning to play in the tournament please be there early or at 6PM so we can make sure you get in. Our time in the room is only 3 hours which is a lot less than a standard tournament so we need to rock so we can make sure we make it all the way through and get winners some prizes. If we have spare time after we will open it up until we are kicked out.

Thank you to everyone coming out and please feel free to call, text, or shoot me a message if you have questions. Spectators who just want to watch and chill are absolutely welcome we just ask for the $25.00 admission that goes to Special Olympics paid by both gamers and spectators.

Thank you to everyone coming out to support

First time training for a marathon in the winter in New England and I’d have to say it’s lived up to my expectations so far. Everything is harder.
I’ve been running in freezing rain, snow, hail, and everything in between. When the temp gets extra down I’ve had my camel pack freeze up on me so I run out of water and my gator and beard freeze my sweat. When trucks drive by salt gets blown into my face and I have to be extra careful not to get injured when I’m training on elevation with how steep it can get and how sketchy the roads have been. On top of all that to try to hit the mileage goals I have with my work week many times I’m coming back in the dark with my headlamp on and the temperature dropping more.

BUT it all challenges me in a new way that’s pi***ng me off to beat it and inspiring me to train even harder to give this marathon the best I can be. Every run I do is about 2/3 the total elevation gain of the entire race and feel that getting faster. By the time it’s spring even if it’s “cold” I’ll feel warm and amazing after training for so long in this stuff.

Mixing CrossFit days for core and sprint training and mixed hill work and off road running has been a good mix this time around.

If you’d like to donate to help me raise my goal for I’ve got the link in bio and everything helps so much.

If you’d like to participate in some my events that give you an experience while donating proceeds to the cause as well I’ll be shouting those events out soon so keep an eye out. I’m planning over the next couple months and would love to see you at one.

Thank you all the love and support helping me attack this goal this year. Can’t wait to run for Special Olympics in the Boston 24 🤘🤘
