One pan breakfast skillet. Chunk up your potatoes and onion (I added sliced mushrooms as well) and get them frying in some olive oil. Hit them with some garlic salt and pepper. Once they are getting soft, create little pockets amongst the potato’s and crack in some eggs, as many as you like. Add some grated cheese, topped with bacon and green onion. Enjoy !!
