ENG: The 3EEE steering committee convened on May 13 to advance the restructuring of practical courses through the 3EEE Flipped Approach. During this session, the consortium evaluated the initial draft of the Training Manual for Redesigning Practical Courses, a document establishing a clear methodology for triple flipped learning models. Committee members provided critical feedback to strengthen connections with modern labour market demands and incorporate practical insights from ongoing pilot courses.

Concurrently, production on the Facilitator Guide for the Professional Diploma is nearing completion. The group also addressed broader strategic initiatives, including evaluation mechanisms, dissemination plans, long-term project sustainability, and preliminary organization for the autumn closing ceremony. These advancements build momentum toward the upcoming management meeting in Athens on June 22-23, where work package leaders will deliver detailed progress reports covering the recent operational period.

عقدت اللجنة التوجيهية لمشروع (3EEE) اجتماعاً في 13 مايو للمضي قدماً في إعادة هيكلة المساقات العملية عبر تطبيق "نهج 3EEE المعكوس". وشهدت الجلسة تقييم التحالف للمسودة الأولية لـ "دليل التدريب لإعادة تصميم المساقات العملية"، وهي وثيقة تضع منهجية واضحة لنماذج التعلم المعكوس الثلاثي. كما قدم أعضاء اللجنة مرئيات جوهرية لتوثيق الروابط مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحديثة، وتضمين الرؤى التطبيقية المستمدة من المساقات التجريبية القائمة حالياً.

وفي سياق متصل، يقترب العمل على إنتاج "دليل الميسر للدبلوم المهني" من مراحله النهائية. وتناولت المجموعة كذلك مبادرات استراتيجية أشمل، تضمنت آليات التقييم، وخطط النشر، واستدامة المشروع على المدى الطويل، والتحضيرات الأولية للحفل الختامي المزمع عقده في الخريف. وتأتي هذه الخطوات لتضفي زخماً إيجابياً قبيل اجتماع الإدارة المرتقب في أثينا يومي 22 و23 يونيو، والذي سيعرض خلاله قادة حزم العمل تقارير مفصلة حول سير الإنجاز خلال الفترة التشغيلية الماضية.

ضمن جهود مشروع FLIP 3EEE في تطوير التعليم الجامعي وتعزيز ممارسات نهج التعلم المقلوب في ثلاث بيئات تعلمية والتعلم النشط، نظمت جامعة فلسطين التقنية – خضوري، يوم الخميس الموافق 4/6/2026، لقاءً أكاديميًا مميزًا بعنوان:
“3EEE- EPF- professional Diploma: Transforming Teaching through the Flip 3EEE Approach”،
بحضور ممثلين عن وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، وهيئة الاعتماد والجودة، وإدارة جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري وعن الشركاء الأوروبيين والفلسطينيين في المشروع، إلى جانب أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية المشاركين في الدبلوم المهني المتخصص في بيداغوجيا التعليم العالي.
وافتتحت اللقاء أ.د. نهى عطير، مديرة المشروع، مستعرضةً فلسفة مشروع FLIP 3EEE ورحلته التحولية في إعادة تصميم مساقات التعليم الجامعي نحو بيئات تعلم أكثر تفاعلية وحداثة وارتباطًا بمتطلبات سوق العمل وأكثر تمركزًا حول الطالب، وبينت أن مثل هذه العروض تساعد في بناء القدرات من خلال تبادل الخبرات والتأمل والتغذية الراجعة
وشهد اللقاء عروضًا تطبيقية متميزة قدمها نخبة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية المشاركين في الدبلوم، وهم: ود. محمود إسماعيل، ود. شذى عمر، ود. سماح جراد، وأ. نور حامد. وأ. ملاك صعيدي، وأ. عرين سلمان، وأ. آيات ياسين، حيث استعرض كل منهم تجربته وحلته وخبرته المتحققة من إعادة تصميم أحد المساقات التعليمية التي يدرسها وفق نهج FLIP 3EEE في ثلاث بيئات تعلم
وآليات تجريب هذع المساقات، وتأملاتهم، وتوصياتهم لتحسين التطوير عند إعادة التصميم، مركزين على بيئات التعلم الثلاث. وتضمنت العروض تقديم الرؤية العامة للمساقات، واستعراض الـ Canva Storyboard، والهيكل الكامل لـ flip 3EEE Template، إلى جانب عرض جميع أجزاء المساق عبر عبر عروضهم التقديمية مما عكس حجم التحول النوعي الذي طرأ على تصميم المساقات ومحتواها وأساليب تدريسها وتقويم أداء الطلبة الملتحقين فيها.
كما تم خلال اللقاء فتح المساقات مباشرة على منصة Moodle واستعراضها بشكل حي وسلس من البداية وحتى النهاية، مع إبراز عناصر الجاذبية البصرية، والتنظيم، والتفاعل، والأنشطة التعليمية الحديثة؛ الأمر الذي أظهر كيف تحولت المساقات من محتوى تقليدي إلى تجربة تعلم رقمية نفاعلية تكامِل بين دور الطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس، كم جاءت ثرية وملهمة ومحفزة للطلبة.
وتوقف المشاركون عند أحد الدروس كمثال والتي تم عرضها بشغف واعتزاز باعتبارها نماذج حقيقية للتعليم الجامعي الحديث القائم على التعلم الذاتي، والتفاعل، وربط المعرفة بالتطبيق العملي.
كما تخلل اللقاء جلسات تأمل وتبادل خبرات بين أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، مركزين على النقاط الإيجابية، ونقاط التحسين والتطوير، والدروس المستفادة، وأكد الحضور على الأثر الإيجابي للتجربة على تطوير الممارسات التعليمية وفق المقلوب في ثلاث بيئات تعلم، والرقمنةوالذكاء الاصطناعي والمسابقات والتقويم كتعلم ومن أجل التعلم وللتعلم.
شارك في تيسير اللقاء د. رانية الخطيب ود. رامي يوسف، وفي ختام اللقاء، أكدت أ. د. نهى عطير أن القناعة الحقيقية بأثر هذا النهج، وما لمسه المشاركون من تحول فعلي في جودة المساقات وتفاعل الطلبة، كان دافعًا لتطبيق هذا النموذج في إعادة تصميم المزيد من المساقات الجامعية، وفي المشاركة في المسابقات وفي عمل أبحاث رصينة، كما أشارت إلى أن التعليم الحديث لم يعد يقتصر على تقديم المحتوى، بل أصبح تجربة تعلم متكاملة، تفاعلية، ومحفزة للإبداع والتميز.

As part of the ongoing efforts of the FLIP 3EEE Project to transform higher education and promote flipped and active learning approaches, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie (PTUK) organized a distinguished academic showcase meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026, under the title:
“3EEE- EPF- professional Diploma: Transforming Teaching through the Flip 3EEE Approach”،
The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, European and Palestinian project partners, as well as faculty members participating in the Professional Diploma in Higher Education Pedagogy.
The meeting was opened by Prof. Dr. Nuha Iter, Project Manager, who presented the philosophy of the FLIP 3EEE Project and its transformative journey toward redesigning higher education through more interactive, student-centered, and technology-enhanced learning environments.
The event featured a series of inspiring course showcase presentations delivered by faculty members participating in the diploma program, including Dr. Mahmoud Ismail, Dr. Shatha AbuShanab, Dr. Samah jarrad, Mrs. Nour Hamed, Miss Malak Saidi, Miss. Arin Salman, Eng. Ayat Yasin. Each presenter demonstrated the redesign process of a course developed according to the FLIP-3EEE approach and the piloting of it.
The presentations included an overview of the course vision, Canva Storyboards, and the complete course template structure, in addition to PowerPoint screenshots illustrating all course components. These presentations highlighted the remarkable transformation achieved in course design, organization, interactivity, and educational quality.
Following the template presentations, the redesigned Moodle courses were opened live and explored from beginning to end in a dynamic and engaging walkthrough. Presenters highlighted the visual attractiveness, interactive activities, modern learning tools, and rich educational resources that transformed the courses from traditional content delivery into inspiring and engaging digital learning experiences.
Special attention was given to selected lessons within the courses, which were presented with passion and enthusiasm as practical examples of modern higher education based on self-learning, interaction, and meaningful application of knowledge.
Dr. Rania Alkhateeb and D. Rami Yousef facilitate the reflections and experience-sharing sessions, where participants emphasized the positive impact of the experience on their teaching practices and their growing belief in the effectiveness of flipped learning and technology and AI, Enhanced pedagogy in 3 learning environments.
In her closing remarks, Prof. Dr. Nuha Iter emphasized that the genuine conviction in the effectiveness of this approach, together with the tangible transformation witnessed in course quality and student engagement, has motivated the redesign of more university courses according to the FLIP 3EEE model in 3 learning environments. She stressed that modern education is no longer limited to content delivery, but rather represents a comprehensive, interactive, and inspiring learning experience.
The event further reflected, before this distinguished academic and official audience, the success of the FLIP 3EEE Project in creating a meaningful transformation in higher education culture and in promoting innovative, high-quality, and sustainable teaching practices

💫 Nurturing 3EEE's Sustainability in Lisbon

❄️ On January 29-30 The Steering Committee of the 3EEE project convened for a key administrative meeting in Lisbon, during which members engaged in a series of high-priority discussions and strategic planning activities. Central to the agenda were two major workstreams: the development of a long-term sustainability framework for the project, and the formulation of a comprehensive outreach strategy aimed at embedding the Flipped 3EEE methodology into the broader educational culture of partner institutions and beyond.

📣 Metropolitan College as the leading partner for the project dissemination absorbed insights regarding the Palestinian educational system and discussed plans and actions, providing frameworks for solid sustainability. This meeting is a key example of adapting to challenges and using them as opportunities to improve results with genuine impact.
