الجامعة العربية الأمريكية تواصل تنفيذ برنامج الدبلوم المهني المطور في التدريس الجامعي ضمن مشروع Erasmus+ 3EEE

تواصل الجامعة العربية الأمريكية تنفيذ برنامج الدبلوم المهني المطور في التدريس الجامعي ، " الدبلوم المهني المتخصص في بيداغوجيا التعليم العالي للأكاديمين" 3EEE-EPF-PPD وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع Erasmus+ 3EEE، بمشاركة 10 متدربين وإشراف 5 مدربين من كوادر الجامعة، في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتطوير مهارات أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية والارتقاء بجودة العملية التعليمية.
ويتضمن البرنامج سلسلة من الورش التدريبية المتخصصة التي تركز على أحدث الاتجاهات في التعليم الجامعي، حيث تتناول موضوعات تشمل التعلم المتمحور حول المتعلم، واستراتيجيات التعليم الصفي المقلوب (Flipped Learning)، وإدارة بيئات التعلم التقليدية والإلكترونية، وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التعليم، وأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS)، وإنتاج المحتوى والوسائط التعليمية الرقمية، والذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التعليم، وتصميم المناهج وفق مبادئ المواءمة البنائية (Constructive Alignment)، ونظريات التعلم، وأساليب التقويم الأصيل وتصميم أدوات التقييم الحديثة.
ويهدف البرنامج إلى تمكين المشاركين من توظيف الأساليب التعليمية الحديثة في تصميم المقررات الدراسية، وتعزيز التفاعل مع الطلبة، والاستفادة من التقنيات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، بما يسهم في تطوير البيئة التعليمية وتحسين مخرجات التعلم.
ويأتي تنفيذ هذا البرنامج بإدارة د. معاذ صبحة، وبالتعاون مع مركز التعليم المستمر في الجامعة العربية الأمريكية، بهدف تطوير الكفاءات الأكاديمية، وتعزيز قدرات أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية في مجال التعليم الجامعي، وتبني أفضل الممارسات التعليمية الحديثة بما يواكب التطورات العالمية في قطاع التعليم العالي.
The Arab American University continues to deliver the Enhanced Professional Diploma in University Teaching programme (specialized Professional Diploma in in higher education bedagogy for teaching staff" 3EEE– EPF-PPD) as part of the Erasmus+ 3EEE project, with the participation of 10 trainees and under the supervision of five trainers from the university’s staff, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the skills of academic staff and enhance the quality of the educational process.
The programme comprises a series of specialised training workshops focusing on the latest trends in university education, covering topics including learner-centred learning, flipped learning strategies, the management of traditional and e-learning environments, the use of information and communication technology in education, learning management systems (LMS), the production of digital educational content and media, artificial intelligence and its applications in education, curriculum design in accordance with the principles of constructive alignment, learning theories, authentic assessment methods, and the design of modern assessment tools.
The programme aims to enable participants to employ modern teaching methods in course design, enhance interaction with students, and utilise digital technologies and artificial intelligence to support the teaching and learning processes, thereby contributing to the development of the educational environment and improving learning outcomes.
The programme is being delivered under the leadership of Dr Moaz Sabha, in collaboration with the Centre for Continuing Education at the Arab American University, with the aim of developing academic competencies, enhancing the capabilities of academic staff in the field of university education, and adopting modern best educational practices in line with global developments in the higher education sector.

عقدت اللجنة التوجيهية لمشروع 3EEE flip تصميم برامج ومساقات عملية وفق المنهج المعكوس في ثلاث بيئات تعلم"، والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي - برنامج إيراسموس+ الذي تقوده جامعو فلسطين التقنية خضوري اجتمعها الإداري في جامعة متروبوليتيان في اليونان، تضمن الاجتماع عدة محاور مفصلية في دورة حياة المشروع تضمنت: عرضًا لمستوى التقدم في تحقيق أهداف ونتائج المشروع، ونقاشات حول هذه النتائج المتحققة والتي تم تسليمها للاتحاد الأوروبي، وتم عرض الإنجازات في الفترة 2023-2026، ومستوى التقدم على مستوى كل رزمة من رزم المشروع من خلال بيان عدد محرجات الرزمة المتحققة والمخرجات غير المتحققة، كما تم مناقشة آليات استدامة المشروع ونشر نتائجه على المستويين المحلي والعالمي، حيث تم اتخاذ اجراءات لعرض فكرة المشروع كنموذج بياغوجي مثالي للتعليم العالي في مناطق الطوارئ والأزمات والصراعات مثل فلسطين وتلك التي تعيش الحالة نفسها، وتم عرض كل من: تجربة جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري في تطبيق برنامج الدبلوم المهني المتخصص في بيداغوجيا التعليم العالي، ومسودة دليل تصميم مساقات جامعية وفق نهج الصف المعكوس في 3 بيئات تعلم؛ ومسودة استراتيجية الاستدامة؛ ونماذج متعددة لضمان استدامة المشروع وترقيته ونشر مخرجاته، تتضمن أكثر من هدف استراتيجي، وآليات تطوير حقيبة أدوات تقويم المساقات الجامعية المصممة وفق التهج المعكوس في ثلاث بيئات تعلم، ومحتوى دليل الميسر لبرنامج الدبلوم المهني المتخصص في بيداغوجيا التعليم العالي، وعرض أفكار لأوراق علمية لنهج مشروع 3EEE في مؤتمرات علمية دولية محكمة داخل وخارج فلسطين، تم مناقشة محاور المؤتمر النهائي للمشروع، تم التوافق على تواريخ ومواد المؤتمر.

بينت أ. د. عطير أهمية النقاشات التي أجريت على مستوى إدارة المشروع ودورها في التأكيد على نشر مخرجات المشروع بجودة عالية، وضرورة تسليم كافة المخرجات المتبقية في الشهر 46 من المشروع، مع التركيز على آليات تعميم أنموذج نهج مشروع 3EEE من قبل الوزارة ومجلس التعليم العالي الفلسطيني وخبراء التعليم العالي والباحثين على مستوى فلسطين والعالم
The Steering Committee for the ‘flip 3EEE : Designing Practical Programmes and Courses Based on the Flipped Classroom Approach in Three Learning Environments’ project, funded by the European Union, held a meeting – the Erasmus+ programme led by Palestine Technical University – Khadouri – held its management meeting at Metropolitan University in Greece. The meeting covered several key aspects of the project’s lifecycle, including: a presentation on the progress made towards achieving the project’s objectives and outcomes; discussions on these achieved results, which have been submitted to the European Union; a presentation of achievements for the period 2023–2026; and an update on the progress of each project package, detailing the number of completed milestones and outstanding deliverables; Mechanisms for the project’s sustainability and the dissemination of its results at both local and global levels were also discussed, with steps taken to present the project as an exemplary pedagogical model for higher education in emergency, crisis and conflict zones such as Palestine and other regions facing similar circumstances, The following were presented: the experience of Palestine Technical University – Khadouri in implementing the specialised professional diploma programme in higher education pedagogy; a draft guide for designing university courses based on the flipped classroom approach across three learning environments; and a draft sustainability strategy; as well as various models to ensure the project’s sustainability, its advancement and the dissemination of its outputs, including multiple strategic objectives; mechanisms for developing a toolkit for evaluating university courses designed according to the flipped classroom approach in three learning environments; the content of the facilitator’s guide for the specialised professional diploma programme in higher education pedagogy; and proposals for research papers on the 3EEE project approach to be presented at peer-reviewed international academic conferences both within and outside Palestine. The key themes of the project’s final conference were discussed, and agreement was reached on the conference dates and agenda
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Nuha Iter. Project Director at Palestine Technical University – Khadouri. The following participants attended in person: Dr Ghassan Shaheen from the Polytechnic University; Prof. Dalcis Sánchez and Prof. Hans Kauffmann from the University of Applied Management Studies (UAMS); Dr Khui Mendes and Dr Luís Cabrita from the University of Lisbon (LISBAU), Dr Maya Mesil from the University of Polymer Technology (FTPO), and Mr Alessandro Sandez from Metropolitan University (MC). The following participated online: Dr Muammar Ashtawi, Mr Iyad Abu Samra / Accreditation and Quality Authority /, Eng. Samer Hussein / Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Dr Rashid Giusi / Al-Quds University, Dr Muath Sabha / Arab American University, and Eng. Samah Muhaisen / University College of Applied Sciences.
Prof. Iter highlighted the importance of the discussions held at project management level and their role in ensuring the dissemination of high-quality project outputs, and the need to deliver all remaining outputs by month 46 of the project, with a focus on mechanisms for disseminating the 3EEE project approach model by the Ministry, the Palestinian Higher Education Council, higher education experts and researchers both in Palestine and internationally.
