مهند هو رائد أعمال متسلسل ومستثمر، ويتمتع بخبرة واسعة في منظومة الشركات الناشئة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. شارك في تأسيس وتطوير شركة تكنولوجية نمت من فريق مكوّن من شخصين إلى مؤسسة تضم أكثر من 80 موظفًا، وحصلت على التزامات تمويلية تجاوزت 40 مليون دولار. كما عمل على دعم رواد الأعمال عبر المسرعات، والجامعات، وعضوية مجالس الإدارة في مختلف أنحاء المنطقة.

ومن خلال دوره في منزل الخيميائي-الدوحة، يوظف خبرته كرائد أعمال ومستثمر لمساعدة الشركات الناشئة الواعدة على النمو والتوسع في المنطقة والأسواق الناشئة.

انطلقت أمس في رام الله فعالية "مختبر الشراكة: أفكار في طور التنفيذ"، مُشكّلة خطوةً هامةً نحو ابتكار مسارات تعاونية خضراء في جميع أنحاء فلسطين.

في إطار برنامج "التطور الأخضر" الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنفّذ بشراكة بين سبارك ومسرعة الأعمال فلو، جمعت الجلسة 33 مشاركاً من منظمات دعم الأعمال الفلسطينية، والجهات الفاعلة في منظومة الابتكار، وممثلين من مسرعة الأعمال فلو وسبارك، في مساحة تفاعلية منظّمة للتشارك الفعلي في بناء اقتصاد أخضر ودائري في فلسطين.

تمحورت الجلسة حول خمسة محاور موضوعية رئيسية: البحث والتطوير، والتمويل الأخضر والوظائف الخضراء، والوصول إلى الأسواق، والصناعات المستدامة، والابتكار والتكنولوجيا بما فيها الذكاء الاصطناعي وريادة الأعمال. وتفاعل المشاركون كل في مجموعته لتبادل الخبرات وتحديد أوجه التكامل واستكشاف فرص التعاون، وصولاً إلى جلسة عروض الأفكار الختامية التي قُدِّمت فيها توجهات الشراكة الأولية.

برنامج "Green Forward" ممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي ويتم تنفيذه من قبل سبارك ومسرعة الأعمال فلو في فلسطين لدعم الاقتصاد الدائري والأخضر في منطقة الجوار الجنوبي.

Partnership Lab: Ideas in Motion took off yesterday in Ramallah, marking a meaningful step toward co-creating green collaboration pathways across Palestine.

As part of the EU-funded Green Forward Programme, implemented by SPARK in partnership with Flow Accelerator, the Lab brought together 33 participants from our Business Support Organizations, Palestinian innovation enablers, and representatives from Flow Accelerator and SPARK in a structured, interactive setting designed to move beyond exchange toward real co-creation for Palestine's green and circular economy transition.

The Lab was organized around five thematic areas: Research and Development, Green Finance and Green Jobs, Market Access, Sustainable Industries, and Innovation and Technology, including AI and Entrepreneurship. Participants were assigned to thematic tables to share experiences, identify complementarities, and explore potential collaboration, culminating in an ideas pilot pitching segment where emerging partnership directions were presented.

Flow Accelerator is looking for a Programs Officer to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of our programs. This role works closely with startups, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on program activities, including trainings, workshops, and mentorship sessions
- Engage with partners, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery
- Collect and track monitoring & evaluation (MEL) data and support program reporting
- Maintain accurate program documentation
- Support procurement processes and operational coordination
- Contribute to improving program tools, processes, and participant experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in program coordination or project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with data, digital tools, and reporting frameworks
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship or private-sector development programs is a plus
