I had some help, a great leader knows how to delegate and entrust others with the correct information and knowledge, so they can do their jobs efficiently without being and feeling that they are being micro managed.
With my Assistant Coach here Nomso Nwachukwu, he focused on team and individual skill development for all the players on the roster, and I valued his ability to make suggestions about defensive techniques and strategies in real time during games, for our team to have success as a collective group.
His highest priority is basketball coaching is Skill development & being a basketball trainer, he has told me personally he doesn’t like or enjoy coaching games or tournaments, so I put him right where he could succeed and use his strengths better with our team, and individual player development with his vast experience, knowledge, ability & potential in the game of basketball 🏀.
His younger brother Osi Nwachukwu played college basketball at Sacramento State University for 2 years , I would usually excuse Nomso during weekends where we had a conflict in our team schedule, so he could go watch his younger brother play against Santa Clara University & others in the Bay Area that weekend.
Osi Nwachukwu is a budding young rapper now.

A very special moment for a Great guy & future NBA Hall of Famer.
Andre Iguodala sat on my bench during one of my basketball 🏀 games, he brought with him that championship mindset & aura because we were victorious that tournament and we won that championship 🏟️.
The Warriors will retire #9 jersey on Sunday, February 23, making him just the seventh player in Warriors franchise history to have his jersey number retired by the organization.

A great father figure I have had is Brother Bako from the Masjid in Brentwood, California called (BMCC).
We talk about everything and anything. He has been a great friend, father and personal trainer to me.
He’s original from Maiduguri (/maɪˈduːɡʊri/ my-DOO-guurr-ee) is the capital and the largest city of Borno State in north-eastern Nigeria, on the continent of Africa.
The city sits along the seasonal Ngadda River which disappears into the Firki swamps in the areas around Lake Chad.
Maiduguri was founded in 1907 as a military outpost by the British Empire during the colonial period. As of 2022, Maiduguri is estimated to have a population of approximately two million people, in the metropolitan area.
He visited just a couple of months back actually he told me. He flys into the country from Abuja airport, says he never really goes to Lagos State at all, he says all his business and matters are in Borneo State.
Borno State is a state in the North-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
It is bordered by Yobe to the west for about 421 km, Gombe to the southwest for 93 km, and Adamawa to the south while its eastern border forms part of the national border with Cameroon for about 426 km (265 miles, partly across the Ebedi and Kalia Rivers).
Its northern border forms part of the national border with Niger for about 223 km, mostly across the Komadougou-Yobe River, and its northeastern border forms all of the national border with Chad for 85 km (53 miles).
It is the only Nigerian state to border up to three countries. It takes its name from the historic emirate of Borno, with the emirate's old capital of Maiduguri serving as the capital city of Borno State.
The state was formed in 1976 when the former North-Eastern State was broken up. It originally included the area that is now Yobe State, which became a distinct state in 1991
He’s been really great to me, usually see him with his brother also who comes to the masjid for prayers also.
He helps and handles all and most activities at the masjid, even Sunday school classes for the Muslim children. He handles.
Thanks to all the Imam’s and Muslim people for helping me us and other religious leaders from other religions
He’s an incredible and an inspiration. I told him that if we were in Nigeria, I would probably never even see him or hang out with him cause he based up north.
True Islam I have met and connected with so many brothers and sisters from different backgrounds, cultures and areas Algeria, Libya, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Nigerian born in Dubai, Muslims from India, converts like myself from other countries around the world.
It’s awesome, I’m fortunate and grateful for it all.
🙏🏽, Mashallah.

In life and in business, recognise the patterns soon.
Mental health simply refers to the health of our mind.
Reps, rest and reflecting includes the way we view ourselves, other people, and the world around us.

Rest in Power to the greatest Biopic actor of my generation.
You were great in 42 as Jackie Robinson.
You were magnificent in Marshall as the late great Lawyer Thurgood Marshall.
You phenomenal in Get on Up as James Brown.
You are forever alive as T'Challa from Wakanda in our hearts.
You held that Wakanda sign and pose on some many red carpets worldwide, for every continental premiere of the movie 🎥, me and my brothers started to wonder if you went to sleep everyday like that also Champ, but you were so strong because you and your family knew what you were battling internally Champ, mad SALUTE.
Your movies didn’t get a lot of public notoriety up until recently, for that’s mainly how I really got access to watch you act your magic on screen at the crib for low low.
I knew there was something special about you brotherman, when I looked at your Filmography, and asked myself why this guy always pick these meaning roles and portrayals of legends whom the box office would never really respect ✊🏽, doesn’t he want to make bread and get a big bag like his counterparts.
It’s because you always knew the bigger picture, for to some it was another straight to DVD, TV or Netflix movie, but to most it was straight to our hearts and minds.
Rest Easy Strong Champ, for no one gets out alive, and at the end of the day, the Kings, Queens, Prince’s, Princess’s and Pawns all go into the same box.
Life Is So Fragile Indeed, Rest easy champ.

Change the 2nd amendment 1st, I know my history now than I was ever thought in school.
I know about the evolution from paddy rollers into the national guard, and the only soul on the planet who can authorize them, and also why they operate the way they do.
In our communities we need to practice Delayed gratification, show a commitment to education, and have high cultural self esteem mixed with cultural values.
We are the s**t. My people are the s**t.

I heard Cardi on the Breakfast club the other talking about being a mentor to girls. ....scary stuff world.
Promiscuous people aren’t winning, they are just good at marketing prostitution to the children.
People this is just a result of children having, and trying to raise children.
People see the b***y has ruled mankind for many centuries, but the dress code and public boggles our minds and keeps S|Married people in heat.
People I’m very aware that there different types of people, so I’m not throwing everyone into the same box, for the same person who listens to Babyface isn’t the same person I believe with Freddie Gibbs in the playlist.
The blurred spaces between what adults do and what children do must be re-established.
Children are being exposed to "grown folks stuff", and their minds are not set up to process the images that appear in media.
Adults, especially parents are responsible for protecting children from "grown folks stuff". Once a person becomes 18, and they are emancipated they can expose their eyes and ears to everything that is available.
People, you see I don’t see a lot of difference between what Cardi music pushes and what R. Kelly was doing to the young folks the early 90s.
People, you see I Listen, Groove, Bump play all the times of musics that most wont like, but I’m self aware enough to know that I myself isn’t PERFECT, so I try too leave my imperfections behind, I myself listen to the music,I leave all the nonsense talk in the MUSIC after I hit the STOP button.
People they are far too many broken, damaged and angry folks, in this world. Money is a tool but it can’t and won’t and shouldn’t fix everything.
I refused a long time ago to let a rapper or an entertainer RAISE ME.
No wonder, very recently a family friend encouraged her daughter and son to go out to play, instead of sitting down watching PCD videos.
The children, Adults are responsible for the children. Adults and Parents, step up.
People can be healed with the content above and below, but they can’t be saved. When your able to HEAL your appreciated and loved, but killed and hated if you Save Em.
All money ain’t Good money, so I keep my distance RESPEKFULLY❗
