Strategic leadership means having the courage to move beyond the status quo. 🚀
We had the opportunity to facilitate a session for 100 financial advisors at the Financial Advisors Summit, held at Fundación Luis Muñoz Marín.
Led by our facilitator, Angiemille, the session focused on Strategic Leadership through dynamic activities and Design Thinking exercises that helped participants identify what they have to offer, discover potential allies, and generate new ideas to challenge the status quo.
Because when we change the way we think, we open the door to new possibilities. 💡
