What does it really mean to detox?
We encounter “toxic” things every day—whether it’s food, people, situations, stress, habits, emotions, or energies that leave us feeling drained or out of balance. While we can't always control what we encounter, we can choose to regularly clear out what no longer serves us and return to our own state of balance and alignment.
The intention behind creating this practice as a way to release the BS, reconnect with yourself, and come back to your authentic self.
The flow works with the Root and Sacral Chakras, combining grounding movement, breathwork, release, and meditation to help you slow down, let go, and create space for a more peaceful state of being.
✨ Release. Reset. Reconnect. Return to YOU.
Experience the full 45-minute Toxic Detox flow, or try the 16-minute condensed version when you don't have enough time for the full practice. Available on YouTube, link bio.
