Dr Agata Exner joins the lineup of conference speakers!

Dr Agata Exner is a researcher and professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where she serves as Director of the Center for Imaging Research. She specializes in academic radiology and biomedical engineering, and her work focuses on the use of nanomedicine to advance cancer diagnostics and therapy.
As part of her Fulbright grant, conducted in collaboration with Jagiellonian University, she is exploring the application of gas-core nanoparticles in radiation therapy. Her project aims to develop oxygen-carrying nanoparticles that can reduce tumor hypoxia and enhance the effectiveness of radiation treatment.
