By the time the first layouts appear, the project is no longer a question. It’s already there, waiting to be translated into something visible.

This historic 1936 building was full of surprises, and we chose to embrace its character. A monolith island in natural stone anchors the kitchen, set against stained oak cabinetry recessed within the existing niche. The contrast creates intimacy and draws attention to the materials.
