🤔 People don’t always know what drives their decisions. Phil Barden does.
📣 Phil Barden joins the keynote speaker lineup of the 10th edition of Masters & Robots.
A brand expert, author and authority in behavioural economics, with over 25 years of experience in marketing and brand management, Phil combines senior client-side experience with behavioural science to explain one of the most important questions in business - what really drives human decisions?
He was the force behind one of the UK’s earliest viral brand moments - T-Mobile’s iconic Liverpool Street Station flashmob dance video. The campaign increased sales by almost 50% and helped reduce customer churn in the years that followed.
That success led Phil to found the UK arm of DECODE, the marketing consultancy known for its work on the neuropsychological drivers of human behaviour.
He is the author of the bestselling book „Decoded: The Science Behind Why We Buy”, in which he sets out six universal goals that motivate people. In 2022, he was elected a Fellow of The Marketing Society.

📣 Phil Barden dołącza do grona keynote speakerów 10. edycji Masters & Robots.
W 2022 roku został wybrany Fellow of The Marketing Society.

📣 Vivienne Ming joins the keynote speaker lineup of the 10th edition of Masters & Robots.
A theoretical neuroscientist, entrepreneur, inventor and author, Vivienne has built her career around maximizing human capacity.
She has founded 7 startups, served as chief scientist at two others, and founded The Human Trust - a philanthropic data trust and mad science incubator building a foundation model for human development.
Her work is not abstract futurism. It sits where technology meets real human stakes: AI tools for learning at home and in school, models of bias in hiring and promotion, neurotechnologies for dementia, traumatic brain injury and postpartum depression, and AI systems designed to support people in some of the most personal and difficult moments of life.
In October 2026, Vivienne will take the main stage at Masters & Robots and will also appear at Masters & Robots Youth, streamed to tens of thousands of students across Poland.
🎟️ Early Bird tickets are now available.

Vivienne Ming dołącza do grona keynote speakerów 10. edycji Masters & Robots.
Teoretyczna neurobiolożka, przedsiębiorczyni, wynalazczyni i autorka, Vivienne zbudowała swoją karierę wokół rozwijania ludzkiego potencjału.

📣 For our first keynote speaker announcement of the 10th edition of Masters & Robots, we turn to Johan Norberg.
An author, historian of ideas and one of the sharpest voices on progress, openness and innovation, Johan looks at the world through a wider lens - not the panic of the moment, but the patterns behind human flourishing.
His latest book, Peak Human: What We Can Learn from the Rise and Fall of Golden Ages, looks at history’s golden ages to ask what makes societies flourish, why they lose momentum, and why decline is never inevitable.
He is the author and editor of more than 20 books, translated into more than 30 languages, including In Defense of Global Capitalism, Progress: Ten Reasons to Look Forward to the Future, Open: The Story of Human Progress and The Capitalist Manifesto.
🎟️ Early Bird tickets are now available!

📣 Czas przedstawić pierwszego z keynote speakerów 10. edycji Masters & Robots - Johana Norberga.
Autor, historyk idei i jeden z najciekawszych głosów w rozmowie o postępie, otwartości i innowacji.
Jego najnowsza książka, "Peak Human: What We Can Learn from the Rise and Fall of Golden Ages", pokazuje, czego możemy nauczyć się z historii złotych epok - ich wzlotów, kryzysów i upadków.
Jest autorem i redaktorem ponad 20 książek, tłumaczonych na ponad 30 języków, w tym: "In Defense of Global Capitalism", "Progress: Ten Reasons to Look Forward to the Future", "Open: The Story of Human Progress" oraz "The Capitalist Manifesto".

Technology changes fastest in the hands of those who have never known a world without it. The Young Future Makers Award recognises exactly this kind of energy – projects built by young people who don’t wait to be told the problem is solvable.
The award was presented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski – Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji, category partner.
⭐️ Grand Prize Winner: Navigate View
The winner of this award asked a simple question: why does technology that helps blind people navigate the world cost thousands of złotys, when it could cost just a few? Smart glasses analyse the camera feed, convert visual information into audio messages, detect obstacles, and help users orient themselves in space.
🤝 Honorable Mention: Młodzi4IT
The recognised team reversed the logic of digital education. Students teach their peers, parents, and senior citizens how to stay safe online and how to use AI responsibly – without technical jargon, but with real examples of scams and phishing. They go beyond the classroom: to city festivals, shopping centres, wherever real people are dealing with real problems. So far, they have trained more than 10,000 people.
🤝 Honorable Mention: SVC Systems
The recognised project starts with a question most companies prefer to avoid: what exactly is the item of clothing you’re buying? Digital product passports create a verifiable, transparent history of each garment – materials, production process, environmental impact. A response to incoming EU regulations and, at the same time, a practical tool for conscious consumers.
Congratulations!

Serving millions of people well is hard. Doing it consistently – regardless of where they live, which municipality they’re in, or how comfortable they are with technology – is harder still. This year’s winner made it look straightforward.
The award was presented by Paweł Pilarczyk
⭐️ Grand Prize Winner: Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki - ePłatności
The recognised project addressed a problem familiar to every Polish taxpayer: paying a local tax meant copying a long account number, encoding the right symbol in the title, and hoping for no typos. Today, it takes a few seconds in a government app used by eleven million citizens. It works the same way in every municipality, in every city. Someone finally asked: why should paying taxes be harder than ordering a pizza? And instead of waiting for an answer – they simply fixed it.
Congratulations!

The most effective AI transformations don’t happen through top-down mandates or one-size-fits-all tools. They happen when people are trusted to build their own solutions. This year’s winner is a clear example of what that looks like in practice.
The award was presented by Robert Zyskowski, CTO at Symfonia – category partner.
⭐️ Grand Prize Winner: Nest Bank S.A. for the project “Culture of Innovation”
The recognised organisation didn’t announce its transformation in a press release, and didn’t roll out a single tool for everyone. Instead, it gave employees the technology, knowledge, and space to design their own solutions – tailored to the specifics of their own work. After one year, the internal AI assistant handles more than 25,000 queries a month, employees have built nearly 500 of their own bots, and 74% of the team says that digital support genuinely helps them in their day-to-day work.
Congratulations!
What does it take to turn an innovative idea into real impact?
During Masters & Robots Awards 2026, we had the opportunity to speak with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs, Krzysztof Gawkowski, about the success of Poland’s digital transformation, the importance of recognising innovation, and the long road from bold ideas to real implementation.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs was a partner of Masters & Robots Awards 2026 and the category partner of Young Future Makers - an award recognising young people.

One evening. Hundreds of conversations. Dozens of extraordinary people and projects proving that technology can still be used to solve real problems, improve lives, and move things forward.
Masters & Robots Awards 2026 brought together leaders, innovators, founders, public institutions, startups, and people who are actively building the future instead of just talking about it.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Centrum Kreatywności Targowa in Warsaw and helped create such a special atmosphere.
And huge congratulations once again to all winners, finalists, jury members, partners, and guests.
Here’s a short look back at this year’s gala ⤵️
