And a flat floor? Of course, it deserves a proper wing. 😉

Project Update 🔥
Sometimes the best solution is the one that’s already proven. That’s why we chose a 4-1 header design—no reinventing the wheel, just a layout that delivers.
What stands out?

✔️ Smooth 4-to-1 merge collector with no compromises in flow
✔️ CNC mandrel-bent tubing for consistent, full-diameter flow throughout
✔️ Minimal number of welds and joints
✔️ Lightweight construction

Next step: thermal coating/insulation. After that, it’s time to see what this header can do when paired with our valved rear muffler. Stay tuned—the results are coming soon. 👊

Choosing and installing the right rear muffler for the MX-5 ND is taking a little longer than planned—but that’s what happens when you’re chasing the exact result you envisioned.
Stage 1: Mission accomplished. ✅
🔇 Valve closed: even quieter on the highway than the factory exhaust.
🔥 Valve open: a deep, sporty growl with zero drone, zero vibrations, and no annoying resonance or low-RPM booming. Just a clean, aggressive sound that comes alive in the upper rev range.
Next up: installing a 4-1 header. Stay tuned. 👊

Here we go – another batch of NC, NC2, and ND2 gearbox builds heading out.
We’re loaded with work, but without any major delays. At the same time, we’re slowly preparing for what may be the biggest project we’ve ever taken on.
It’s still too early to reveal the details, but if we say that, to the best of our current knowledge, this could be the first build of its kind in the world, that’s probably enough to explain why we’re putting everything we’ve got into it.
