Not just another workday — this was a full-on team energy reset.

As part of our Team Engagement Program (something we genuinely believe in), we turned a regular day into a space where ideas, creativity, and confidence took the spotlight. From “Teach Us Anything” sessions where knowledge met personality to “Crazy Startup Ideas” that were equal parts genius and chaos, our team showed up with bold thinking and zero hesitation.

Huge credit to our organizers for putting together an experience that wasn’t just engaging but actually memorable.

We wrapped it up with a session from our CEO, celebrating effort, ideas, and people, with certificates for winners and well-deserved appreciation for the organizers.

During our 𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒛𝒚 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒑 𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆, 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 introduced her concept “𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞", a unique idea focused on things we often ignore.

• In some cities, basic needs are still a struggle
• The comfort we live in is a privilege, not a guarantee
• We often ignore how much we already have
• Being in better conditions means we have no excuse not to grow

We shared Eidi a little early just to spread some happiness before Eid arrives. It was such a simple thing, but seeing everyone’s genuine smiles and little laughs reminded us why these moments matter so much. 😊✨ It was much about pausing for a second to appreciate the people we work with every day, the energy they bring, and the small joys that make the workplace feel more like a family.
