A "Personality Type Assessment" ((PTA) counseling instrument) session was conducted at GC University, Lahore for increasing self-knowledge of the students so as to add to their professional and personal development. A psychometric indicator was applied after a general introduction to Personality Types, its basis, and areas of application. PTA is the first counseling related instrument of its own kind and addresses to Urdu language speaking community all over the world.
